Issue reported: Payment error appearing for one or more apps. 

 

This only applies to payment errors indicated by a red circle on the top right corner of the app. Before proceeding, please confirm you can see this.

 

Solution:

Step 1: Re-enter payment details or use the coupon code "NOCC" if a credit card is not available.

If you receive the error "There was an error processing your request", please select an available plan and repeat step 1.

Step 2: Refresh the browser and confirm the app is working.
