How to disable a SweetHawk app in Zendesk and pause the subscription

Disable an app to stop agents from using it without uninstalling or cancelling the subscription.

Steps:

  1. In Zendesk, open Admin Center
  2. Navigate to Apps and integrations → Zendesk Support apps
  3. Locate the SweetHawk app you want to disable
  4. Open the app options menu (settings/cog icon)
  5. Select Disable
 

Access Rules:

  • Disabling an app prevents agents from accessing it
  • The app remains installed in your Zendesk instance
  • You can re-enable the app at any time

 

Important: Disabling an app does not cancel the subscription
