Disable an app to stop agents from using it without uninstalling or cancelling the subscription.
Steps:
- In Zendesk, open Admin Center
- Navigate to Apps and integrations → Zendesk Support apps
- Locate the SweetHawk app you want to disable
- Open the app options menu (settings/cog icon)
- Select Disable
