How to uninstall a SweetHawk app and cancel the subscription

Uninstall a SweetHawk app to remove it from Zendesk and cancel its subscription.

Steps:

  1. In Zendesk, open Admin Center
  2. Navigate to Apps and integrations → Zendesk Support apps
  3. Locate the app you want to remove
  4. Open the app options menu (settings/cog icon)
  5. Select Uninstall
 

Access rules:

  • Uninstalling the app will cancel the subscription and stop future billing
  • The app will be removed from Zendesk and will no longer be available to agents
  • If the app is reinstalled, billing will resume
  • Uninstalling the app may delete associated data on Zendesk tickets. Consider disabling the app instead if you are unsure
