Update your app plan to access different features or pricing.
Steps:
- In Zendesk, open Admin Center
- Navigate to Apps and integrations → Zendesk Support apps
- Select the SweetHawk app you want to update
- Under Select your plan, choose a new plan
- Review the updated pricing
- Enter your payment details if prompted
- Click Update to confirm
Important:
- When you switch plans, you will be prompted to confirm the new pricing
- A free trial may begin for the new plan before billing starts
- Your existing app configuration will remain unchanged
