Pin apps to keep them easily accessible in the Zendesk interface.
Steps:
- Open a ticket in Zendesk
- Locate the app in the app sidebar
- Click the pin icon on the app
- The app will remain pinned and visible for quick access

Troubleshooting:
If all your apps are pinned to the sidebar, they will not appear in the “All apps” view.
You may see a message such as “No apps in sight”.
Your apps are still available in the sidebar.
