Steps:
- In Zendesk, open Admin Center
- Navigate to Apps and integrations → Apps → Zendesk Support apps
- Locate the SweetHawk app you want to review
- Click the options menu (down arrow) on the app
- Select Rate and review
- Follow the prompts to submit your review
