Change how a SweetHawk app name appears in your Zendesk instance.
Steps:
- In Zendesk, open Admin Center
- Navigate to Apps and integrations → Apps → Zendesk Support apps
- Under Currently installed, locate the SweetHawk app
- Click the options menu (down arrow) on the app
- Select Change settings
- In the Title field under Installation, enter a new name
- Click Update to save your changes
