If you need to update your billing details, view invoices, or manage your subscription, the steps depend on whether you are subscribed to the SweetHawk Suite or individual apps.
Select the option that matches your subscription:
I have individual SweetHawk apps
I have the SweetHawk Suite
To manage your Suite subscription, go to Support in Zendesk and click the SweetHawk Suite (globe icon) in the left sidebar:
- Select Subscription
- Click Manage subscription on the right
On the billing page, you can:
- Update billing details and contact information
- Manage your payment method
- View invoice history
- Cancel your Suite subscription
Note: Canceling your Suite subscription will start billing for any individual apps still installed. If needed, you can cancel these in the next section.
I have individual SweetHawk apps
You can manage billing details and view invoices from the billing page.
There is no cancel button for individual apps. To cancel, uninstall the app in Zendesk. Please see below.
Manage billing and invoices
To manage billing for an individual app, go to Support in Zendesk:
- Click any installed SweetHawk app in the left sidebar
- Click Manage billing at the bottom of the app
On the billing page, you can:
- View your current subscriptions
- Update billing details and contact information
- Manage your payment method
- View invoice history
Cancel an individual app
To cancel an individual app, uninstall it in Zendesk. First, go to Admin Center in Zendesk:
Then:
- Go to Apps and integrations > Zendesk Support apps
- Hover over the app in question and click on the settings cog icon
- Click on Uninstall
Uninstalling the app
| Uninstalling the app will delete all data associated with it in Zendesk, including data saved in ticket fields. Your app settings will remain saved. However, any webhooks or placeholders used in triggers or macros will need to be updated if you reinstall the app. |
Disabling the app
If you want to stop billing temporarily, you can disable the app instead of uninstalling it.
- Disabling removes access for all agents
- This does not cancel your subscription
- Charges will stop after your next invoice (usually applied as a credit for unused time)
This does not apply to Suite subscriptions.
