Connect SweetHawk to Zendesk Action Builder

The SweetHawk connector allows Zendesk Action Builder to interact directly with your SweetHawk apps, enabling powerful workflow automation without custom code.

Once connected, Action Builder can perform actions such as creating task lists, starting approval requests, controlling timers, managing journeys, updating Kanban boards, sending notifications, and much more.

Connect the SweetHawk Connector

1. In Admin Center, navigate to Apps and integrations → Actions → Action Builder.
2. Create a new Action Flow, or edit an existing one.
3. Add a new Action card by clicking the + button.
4. In the action panel, scroll to External actions.
5. Select SweetHawk.
6. Click Connect.
7. Follow the prompts to authorize your SweetHawk account.

Once connected, Action Builder will display:

• The connected SweetHawk account
• Your connection status
• All available SweetHawk actions

You only need to connect your SweetHawk account once. It can then be used across all of your Action Builder workflows.
