Getting started: Sending your first Survey

This article will show you how to send your first survey using the SweetHawk survey app for Zendesk

After installing the Survey app, to send your first survey click in the main left bar icon (1), then under Surveys (2) you will find you have a survey that has been pre-populated.  

If you would like to edit this survey before setting it to be sent, you can do so by clicking into it. 

Once you're happy with the survey, copy the snippet listed next to the survey (3) into the Zendesk trigger or automation you would like to include the survey in.

To access your Zendesk triggers or automations, at the top right hand side of the screen click the icon with the 4 squares, then into admin center and then on the left, click to find either triggers or automations.

If you're already using Zendesk CSAT ratings, you can find the trigger or automation that you're already using, and replace the Zendesk CSAT placeholder {{satisfaction.survey_section}} with the snippet from the Survey app. 

Alternatively, you can build your own trigger to send the survey at precisely the moment of your choice, for example, when the ticket is marked as solved.
