Our new Survey app has been completely remade with new improvements to that will allow you to do so much more in Zendesk!
New updates include:

Unlimited Surveys: Yes, now the possibilities are endless with the ability to create as many surveys as you want to be triggered based on whatever conditions in a ticket you like.

Different types of questions: You can now ask questions with scales of your choice, whether that be 1-5 stars, happy sad meh or 0-10. You can also create custom dropdown fields and straight text fields.

Unlimited questions: Each survey can have an unlimited number of survey questions.

Set survey responses to update anything on a ticket: You can customise the data that you record in your Zendesk tickets based on the information you collect in a survey. This allows you to build whatever reports you want over in Explore and to create custom workflow in Zendesk too!

Cloning: Ability to clone survey questions and/or entire surveys in a new time saving factor in the app.
- New reporting: The app has a new reporting module to help you better get a sense of what is happening in your surveys at a glance out of the box.
Migrating to the New App:
For a seamless transition, we recommend installing the new app from the Zendesk Marketplace on your Sandbox account first to things out.
Ongoing Support:
While we have no plans to end support for the legacy Survey app, we will focus on updating and adding new features exclusively to the new version.
