The SweetHawk Approve app enables the creation and management of flexible, enforceable, and auditable approval workflows within Zendesk, facilitating processes such as budget approvals, refunds, purchases, and travel requests. Here's an overview of what you can do:

Create an approval process for anything

You can create an approval process for anything. In admin, under Approval definitions click add approval definition and follow the prompts like this:

Send approvals

Either send approvals manually, or have then automatically applied using a Zendesk trigger.

Respond to approval requests

Approvers don't need to be agents in Zendesk, all they need is access to their email! That means anyone can be part of any approval workflow. Here's what an approval request could look like in your inbox:
