How to broadcast a popup notification to many/all agents with the Notify app.

There are cases where you may wish to notify a large amount of agents about something important. For example, if there is a widespread problem that support agents need to know about. 

In order to notify bulk agents, you will need to follow these steps: 

1. Create a notification template that sends it to the desired group. 

2. Create the trigger that will send the notification. 

3. Create a ticket, that causes that trigger to fire.
