Creating a view for your upcoming calendar events

To create a view in Zendesk first you'll need to click on the cog on the left of the screen within the agent interface.

Then click on views on the left and "Add View" after that, like this:

Next, you'll need to give your view a name. Then under "Meet all of the following conditions" set the rules:

Ticket: Status - Less than - Solved

Ticket: Calendar event date - is within the next - 30 days

After that, you'll need to choose the columns that make up the view. Make sure you add

"Calendar event date"
"Calendar event time"
"Calendar event duration (in minutes)"
"Calendar event time zone"

You can do this by dragging the fields from the left column to the right like this:

In order to make your view more readable, you should group and order the tickets like this:

Now you should be able to see your new view in your list of existing views like this:

See how the grouping and the ordering works ... nice ha?
