  • In order to decrease the number of API calls made to Zendesk, notifications that take place in quick succession are now clumped together. As such there will now be a few seconds delay between when a notification is triggered and when it is shown. 

  • Previously when signing into Zendesk, if there were any number of missed notifications, this would be shown as a single popup listing the number of notifications that had been missed. Now, it will popup the actual missed notifications (up to 4). However, if there are more than 4 missed notifications then the cover-all popup will still be used. 

  • Finally, the background colour of a notification will now change to white (ie. 'marked as done') when it has actually been clicked. Previously all notifications relating to a ticket would be marked as done the instant the ticket was opened.
