April 24, 2020 - Tasks and Approvals updates

Tasks App

• Toggle on/off the ability for agents to be able to create tasks manually from the 'settings' section. If enabled, agents would only be able to select from pre-existing task lists controlled by the app administrators. (Previously agents were always able to create their own tasks) 

Approvals App

• Added the ability to define both the sender name and domain for the email sent to approvers. (Previously, by default the sender name was the Zendesk subdomain and the sender domain was a generic sweet hawk no-reply address) 

• Added the ability for agents to select from any approver or approval groups on a ticket when manual requests are enabled under the approval template. (Previously additional approvers had to be pre-defined in the approval template and could only be individual approvers)
