If you're not seeing anything reported, but believe there is still a problem with our servers you can log a request here. Be sure to log into the Help Centre first. Logged in users will see the "Business Impact" drop-down field. Please use the status 'Critical' when nobody in your organization can use an app for a prolonged period. For intermittent or more isolated issues, please select an appropriate impact other than 'Critical'.
