Our new Recurring Tickets app has been completely remade with new features and allows further control with app managers.

New updates include:

  • Improved ticket actions - our new ticket forms and templates allow more powerful actions and allows specific authors for comments.
  • Flexibility over templates - ticket templates are only required if you need several schedules with the same ticket fields and they now can be overridden easily within a ticket schedule.
  • Cloning templates and schedules - each ticket template and schedule can now be cloned for ease of setup for complex environments.

  • Ability to disable schedules - schedules can now be disabled in case they need to be stopped for a short time instead of removed altogether.

  • New User Interface (UI) - a new UI has been launched for all our new apps which makes managing your workflows a breeze.

  • Name field - new ability to name each schedule separately from the subject.

  • Audit Log - a new admin area now shows a useful audit log of all creates and updates of recurring tickets on your account.
